Morning Detox
I recently incorporated a natural formula into my morning routine due to its highly-revered benefits. Not only does it cleanse the digestive system, it also removes toxins, and aids in weight loss. After trying it for three months, I noticed a change in my gut health. This drink makes me feel cleaner, more energetic, and less hungry over the course of the day. There are other versions of this detox drink but this version combines a variety of amazing ingredients that also harmonize and balance your digestion. SERVES
1 person; 1 portion
INGREDIENTS
Cayenne pepper * 1 pinch
Lime/lemon * 1 pc
Honey* 1 tsp
Water* 1 cup
Mint leaf * 1-2 pcs
Shredded ginger* 1/2 tsp
Ground cinnamon * 1 pinch
PREPS
- Heat water until luke warm.
- De-seed and squeeze at least half a lime or lemon and pour the juice in a cup.
- Grind cinnamon sticks into a fine powder if that is all you have available.
MAKING IT
1. Pour water into a glass or mug.
2. Squeeze at least half a lime or lemon into the water.
3. Add cinnamon, cayenne pepper, and honey.
4. Stir your morning detox formula.
5. Serve once it's mixed and add mint for freshness.
